At eAushadhi, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable online medicine ordering experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.


1. Order Cancellation

✅ Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from the pharmacy.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

❌ After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of pharmaceutical products.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong medicine delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Expired medicine delivered

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Non-delivery due to technical or operational issues


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Delay caused by unforeseen circumstances

  • Prescription-related issues (invalid or incomplete prescription)

  • Opened or used medicines


4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details and relevant proof (photos, invoice, etc.).

  • After verification, the refund will be processed.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund, subject to pharmacy approval and product availability.
